Frozen Shoulder Therapy

If you think you might be suffering from Frozen Shoulder (also known as adhesive capulitus), you’ll need a clear set of frozen shoulder exercises, and a bit of determination.

I had a horrendous experience with Frozen Shoulder (FS) a few years ago. Out of the blue I began to experience tremendous pain when I moved my right arm in certain positions. I had difficulty tucking in my shirt and looping my belt. Reaching behind my back was more than just painful. At first I hoped it would just go away, but soon I realized that the pain was getting worse. I sought professional help. It was at this point that things got worse in every respect. My doctors insisted on XRAY’s and MRI’s. All were inconclusive. I spent months going from one doctor to another. Neither had a clue to wFrozen3DFlathat my condition actually was.

Finally I was recommended to Physical Therapy to see what would happen. It was here that the FS was diagnosed and treated. The PT worked but very slowly. I did finally get better, but the whole process took about a year and a half!.

It’s a funny thing about pain. It’s agony when you have it, but when it goes away you tend to forget about it.  And so it was with me – until about a year later. A statistically improbably event occurred. The FS began to appear in my other arm – but this time I was prepared. I had come across an ebook by Brian Schiff PT CSCS . The Ultimate Frozen Shoulder Therapy Guide is a $29.95 download, and it’s worth every penny – it  saved my life! I did the easy frozen shoulder exercises as instructed, and in a few short weeks I was completely healed. This little book is worth many times it’s modest price.
